Modes of Operation
Pager/Vibration with Non-Stimulating High-Performance (P)
When the dog barks, the Dogtra YS600 vibrates twice, followed by a static punishment if the dog does not cease barking.
The Pager is ideal for well-trained and sensitive dogs since they understand that if they don’t cease barking, they will be punished.
Levels of Stimulation Intensity (1-10)
When the dog barks, the Self-learning Vibration System teaches the dog the relationship between vibration warning and static correction by vibrating once prior to correction.
Sensor:
The vibration bark sensor in the Dogtra YS600 no bark collar detects barking. The vibration from the dog’s voice box activates the sensor when it barks. It can only be activated by the dog wearing the collar. Because the accelerometer bark sensor learns the barking pattern of the barking dog, it’s best to charge the collar first before using it on another dog.
The Bark Indicator That Doesn’t Go Away
When the collar is switched off, the Persistent Bark Indicator LED light turns on. When the collar is switched off, the LED will flash red for 2 seconds without excessive barking.
When the item is turned off due to excessive barking, the LED will glow green for 10 seconds. It’s possible that the stimulation intensity level is set too low in this scenario. This might also indicate that the collar is not correctly fitted, and you should double-check that both contact points are in contact with your dog’s neck.
