There are two primary components to the Dogtra Edge Remote Training Collar; The remote transmitter, and your dog’s receiver collar. When you push a stimulation button on your remote, your dog’s receiver collar administers the appropriate stimulation via the contact probes. With persistent training, your dog will learn to link the reprimand with a particular action or command.

Remote Transmitter

There are four buttons on the face of the remote transmitter; Black, orange, green, and blue. If you’re extending your remote trainer to numerous dogs, you may add matching receiver collars so that you can know whose dog you’re correcting.

127 Stimulation Levels

With 127 levels of static stimulation, you can fine-tune your dog’s collar to a level that matches their drive. The stimulation level ranges from a very low level for mild temperament dogs to a very high level for stubborn dogs.

Quick-select dial – 8 Levels

The quick select dial is an additional dial that has 8 preset levels. These pre-set levels allow you to quickly jump between multiple levels at a time. We recommend using the quick-select dial for fast-paced working environments.

Expandable up to 4 Dogs & Matching Receiver Collars

With additional receiver collars, the Dogtra Edge Remote Training System is expandable up to 4 dogs. Each additional collar has a collar strap colour that matches the Dogtra Edge transmitter stimulation buttons.

Transmitter Modes: Nick, Continuous and Vibration-Only

Nick Stimulation – Delivers a momentary stimulation of 1/2 a second regardless of how long the stimulation button is pressed for.

Continuous Stimulation – Delivers a continuous stimulation for the length of time the stimulation button is pressed for (for a maximum of 12 seconds). To continue the stimulation, release your finger and hold the button down again.

Vibration-Only (Pager) – Delivers a continuous vibration stimulation for the length of time the vibration button is pressed for (for a maximum of 12 seconds). To continue the stimulation, release your finger and hold the button down again.

LCD Screen

The LCD screen on your transmitter displays the correction level, the active dial (127 levels or 8-preset levels), the stimulation type (nick, continuous or vibration only) and the amount of battery left in the transmitter.
